At Rassoraah, we take great care to ensure that our ready-to-eat food products are prepared, packed, and delivered with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of food products, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Food Products (Ready-to-Eat Items)

All food items sold on Rassoraah are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as these are consumable products.

However, we will consider refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or spoiled
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
  • An incorrect item was delivered

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product packaging must be unopened
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


3. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste preference or personal liking
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Delay caused by incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Product opened or partially consumed

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.


6. Policy Exceptions

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Proven courier damage
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors

All exceptions are subject to review and approval by Rassoraah management.
